Complementary “cooked to order” breakfasts, “free” happy hour with snacks/drinks and shuttles to/from the airport make this a really sweet deal. Reserved shuttle service between the show hotel and the show hall is available with prepaid tickets for less than the cost of parking at the show hall.
Embassy Suites Shuttle Service
A dedicated shuttle service between the Embassy Suites and the show hall is available for only $10.00 per person (that's only $2.50 per trip). Two shuttles are available for Embassy Suites guests only each day. You MUST make advanced reservations for this service when you make your entries. A printed confirmation including your reservation will serve as your ticket. Specific schedule information for the shuttles will be available at the hotel. On Sunday, the shuttle will depart for the airport directly from the show hall. This is less expensive than a 2 day parking pass at the show hall.
Show HallShow hall facilities are handicapped accessible. Hall is heated or cooled as needed. "People" food is available both days. A 2 Day parking pass is available for only $12 form the NWSC parking attendant at the exhibitor/vendor reserved lot on Saturday. Street parking is VERY limited in the show hall area. Public transportation is readily available. No cats can be left in the show hall overnight.Show CatalogA copy of the show catalog is included with the first entry. Additional copies can be purchased at the front gate fot $3.00 (while supply lasts).Entries and FeesEach entry must be on a signed CFA entry form or exact facsimile. Use of our On-Line Entry form is recommended. For entry clarification, the entry clerk will call collect. Each mailed entry must be accompanied by the stipulated entry fee. Payment in full for faxed or e-mailed entries received more than 10 days before the opening day of the show is required. For your convenience PayPal is available from our On-Line Entry page. Late payments are subject to an additional charge. No adult, provisional or miscellaneous entry will be accepted without a proper CFA registration number. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to enter their cats in the proper color class and color description. Please consult the CFA Show Rules and your cat's registration (blue) slip. Incorrect class/color may result in loss of awards received at this show. This CFA licensed show is held in accordance with the CFA Show Rules. A copy of the current Show Rules may be obtained by sending $5.00 + $2.00 S&H to CFA, 260 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601. |
Household PetsFRCC welcomes owners to enter their household pets in our show. Pets will be judged in all 10 rings over two days. Cat over 8 months of age MUST be neutered or spayed. Declawed cats/kittens are not eligible for entry. Household pet exhibitors can contact the entry clerk with questions about entering, grooming and preparing for the show.New Exhibitors![]() New exhibitors can use the New Bee page found at the CFA web site for helpful information about exhibiting their cats/kittens. Ring ClerksIn order to run an efficient show, we are contracting for chief ring clerks. All clerks will be paid per CFA Show Rules. Please contact the entry clerk or show manager if your are interested.AwardsRibbons and rosettes are awarded according to CFA Show Rules. Permanent ribbons are hung for breed wins. Flat ribbons are available from the ring clerks for exhibitors receiving awards. All championship, premiership and registered kittens are scored for CFA national and regional awards.BenchingNon-vetted Show! Any entry found with fleas, ear mites, fungus or signs of illness are not permitted in the Show Hall. It is strongly advised that all cats/kittens entered in the show be inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline panleukopenia (formally known as feline distemper or feline infections enteritis), feline Rhinotracheitis, calici viruses and rabies. It is also strongly recommended that cats/kittens be tested for FeLV and found negative before entry. Cat's claws must be clipped on all four feet. DECLAWED CATS/KITTENS ARE INELEGIBLE FOR ENTRY.No kittens under 4 months of age are allowed in the show hall per CFA Show Rules. CFA litter registration must be present to Show Management upon request or kitten(s) must be removed from the show hall immediately. Colorado State Law prohibits leaving animals in vehicles. No cats/kittens can be kept in carriers under the benching tables. No cats/kittens not entered in the show are allowed in the Show Hall without Show Manager approval. Benching CagesSingle cages are 21"x21"x21". Double (full) cages are 21"x21"x44". All benching is on tables rather than trestles. Bring your own cage curtains and top and bottom cover-ups. Litter is provided but please bring your own litter trays and dishes. |
